Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us by email (orders@rhgproducts.com) or phone (303-663-1779) with your order number and reason for the return. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
You may return approved new & unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of a shipping or manufacturing error (receiving the wrong product/receiving defective product) we will cover all costs to replace or return the items.
If the return is due to no longer being needed, mis-ordered, etc. you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Returns outside of the 30-day period after delivery will not be accepted.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days from when the return order is received at our facility for approval & process of the refund.
Any non-approved returns delivered to our returns dock may be subject to being discarded. Please approve all returns with a Tucker® associate. If you believe your item(s) fall under the Tucker® Warranty, please CLICK HERE.
Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping estimate page.
Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00pm Mountain Time in order to go out same day. Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based. For weight information, please email info@rhgproducts.com. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
