What Tucker® warranties:
Purification systems: Guaranteed free from manufacturer defects for ten years from the purchase date. All non-wear parts limited to the repair or potential replacement of components on a purification system. You must have proof of purchase and be the original owner.
Tucker® pole sections and clamps: Free from manufacturer defects for life.
Pumps:
-110 pumps: Limited one year manufacturer warranty.
-110 motors: Limited one year manufacturer warranty.
-12v pumps: Limited one year manufacturer warranty.
***this includes pumps that are part of a Tucker® purification system
All other products EXCEPT water filters: One year from the day you receive them.
***Manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance or improper handling/neglect of equipment. This also includes custom modifications made after receiving products from Tucker® or damage caused by using parts not produced by Tucker®.
***Tucker® does not warranty the following products: filtration components, RO Membranes, DI resin, and all filters
Warranty Process

Submit the online Tucker® Warranty Request Form or call us at 303-663-1779 and we can help you submit the necessary information.

Once all the information has been submitted, we will review and make a decision based on the information.

We will contact you via email to inform you of the decision and answer any questions you may have. We may require that the broken part be shipped back to us.

If the warranty is approved: If the warranty item is a replacement part, we will send it out as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of the replacement part, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.

If your equipment is having an issue that we are unable to diagnose remotely, we will need you to ship it back to our warehouse in Colorado.
We will set up a return label and email it to you. Our technicians will diagnose the issue and decide if a warranty is appropriate.
We will call and let you know if the repair is not covered before repairs are made.
If the item is under warranty, we will replace it and send it back to you at no cost.
If the item is not under warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of the parts and repair, plus shipping.
***Some systems are heavy and may require a freight pickup. These pickups need to be scheduled, and someone will need to be present at the time of pickup. Any freight shipment will need to be securely strapped to a pallet for pickup.
