Eligibility: Open only to residents of states where sweepstakes are permitted. Employees, shareholders, officers and agents of Sponsor, or any of their respective affiliates or advertising agencies, and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win this Promotion.

Winner Selection: Eligible entrants who complete a purchase of any value at tuckerusa.com within the Promotion Period will be entered to win. Eligible entrants who mail in for entries will have an equal chance of winning. Upon receipt of an eligible mail-in request, Sponsor will enter the entrants information into the giveaway pool. All winners subject to eligibility verification. In total, one (1) winner will be chosen via random number generation (via random.org), with their assigned number corresponding to the order in which their entry was received.

Prize: The winner will receive one Tucker® Ultimate Residential Kit. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents of prize are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

Prize Claims: All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All claimed prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
