If you need to return an item, please fill out the form below, or contact us by email (support@rhgproducts.com) or phone (303-663-1779) with your order number and reason for the return within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
If the unused item(s) being returned are no longer needed, misordered, etc., you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Returns that are used and outside of the 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days from when the return order is received at our facility for approval & processing of the refund.
Returns must be authorized in advance in order to be accepted and eligible for a refund. If an item is returned without prior authorization, we will reach out to you upon receipt and provide the option to have the item discarded or returned to you at your expense. If you believe your item(s) fall under the Tucker® Warranty, please CLICK HERE.
All returns will require an RMA number that will be assigned after we receive the RMA request form. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If a return arrives with damage caused during shipping, it will not be accepted. In these cases, we will document the condition of the item and packaging with photos and reach out to you with our determination, including whether the return is approved or denied. We are happy to answer any questions you may have during this process.
If a return is denied, you will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
