We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that some products are restricted and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping estimate page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based. For weight information, please email support@rhgproducts.com. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are unable to edit any orders that have already shipped.
Package Inspection Notice: Please carefully unbox your items as soon as they arrive and use the included packing list to verify the contents. Inspect for any cracks, scratches, or missing items. If accepting a damaged package from the carrier, have the driver notate: "accepted with damages." Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with any issues, and keep all original packaging materials for the first 30 days.
