Your order will be fulfilled by our team as soon as possible on regular business days. Occasionally there will be delays due to production times or low inventory. You can inquire about your order by calling 303-663-1779. For larger items, a freight delivery will be necessary and this will be indicated at checkout.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that some products are restricted and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping estimate page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based. For weight information, please email support@rhgproducts.com. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
